Returns are always FREE with MITCHA.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to send it back, you have 5 business days from the date your order was delivered to return your purchase. MITCHA will collect it from your address for free. Free returns apply to purchases made from Egypt and sent to Egypt addresses for items that meet MITCHA Return Policy terms and conditions.
MITCHA reserves the right to accept or decline return requests prior to processing a refund.
To accept your return request and process your refund, returned items received back by MITCHA must meet MITCHA Return Policy terms and conditions mentioned below.
Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
In case returned items do not meet MITCHA Return Policy, and the return request has been declined, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges to receive back the item.
MITCHA Return policy terms and conditions
Returns apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still attached and intact. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all MITCHA and designer tags still attached and fully intact. MITCHA packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
The following items will not be returned: all sale/clearance items, underwear/lingerie, swimwear, socks and tights, earrings, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.

Lingerie and swimwear are not subject to returns.
How to get a refund
Refunds on purchases made by cash on delivery
In case you paid for your purchase by cash on delivery, MITCHA will return the value of your returned item in cash after it gets sent back to MITCHA for inspection and approval.
*In case of exchange: MITCHA reimburse the amount in the form of credit against future purchases as a promo code to be sent to the customer within two business days from MITCHA accepting a Return Request. The value of your Credit Note Promo Code can be used to make purchases on MITCHA.com and is valid for 1 year.
Refunds on purchases made by Credit Card
In case you paid for your purchase by credit card, the money will be reimbursed on the credit card in the same currency used for payment.
Please note that it may take from two weeks up to 1 month from MITCHA accepting a Return Request for the amount to be reflected in your bank records, depending on each bank’s policy.
