MITCHA Return policy terms and conditions
- You have 45 days to make a RETURN from the date your order has been delivered.
- MITCHA currently does NOT offer an exchange policy.
- Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: swimwear, socks, lingerie, earrings, Soiree Dresses, Evening Dresses, Undershirts & Shorts, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.
- Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days)
- Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.
- It is not possible to open the package on the door or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any problem, you can return/exchange it as per our return policy.

Free shipping on all orders paid by deb/credit card or installments on orders above 700 EGP, however; orders below 700 EGP are subject to 60 EGP shipping fees across Egypt.
Cash on Delivery Orders around Egypt are subject to fixed 80 EGP Fees (Shipping 60 EGP + COD Fees 20 EGP). Fees apply on all Governorates.
Please note that COD 80 EGP Fees will only show on your confirmation message after check-out and the E-invoice sent to your email. Please make sure to view the final amount you are asked to pay to the courier (final amount is mentioned on your e-invoice).
Refunds will be made AFTER deducting the shipping fees (cash on delivery orders only).
Refund method will be via a bank account, Wallet or store credit on MITCHA account.
FOOTWEAR
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
CLOTHING
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.
BAGS
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.

Bank Refund: This will take more than 14 days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank as per regulations of the CPA and the Central Bank of Egypt.

Incase of canceling the whole order, the full amount will be refunded to your Valu account.

For all prepaid orders which are paid by debit/credit card; You will be refunded on the same card that you originally used while purchasing your order.

Purchases out of Egypt:
Returns and exchanges are not applicable to any orders out of Egypt.
Please note: There's no exchange policy, however items shall be returned and re-ordered. In the event of returns within 14 days from receiving date, shipping fees shall apply (P.S. Shipping fees vary considering order initial status & Governorates rating).
-Refund method will be via bank account ,Wallet or store credit on Mitcha account.
-In case of a refund due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted from the product price value.
