Washing Instructions :

When treating natural leather, do not use an alkaline or strong, degreasing detergent,
as this minimizes or even completely eliminates the effect. Instead, special cleaning and care products specialized in leather should be used.
In everyday situations, it is sufficient to wipe down the leather with a duster. When doing so, care should be taken not to rub too hard,
as this can lead to colour abrasion and light spots.

We offer guaranteed delivery within 3-5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and up to 5 business days for all other locations.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays on our customers.

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You may also log-in to your MITCHA account and follow your delivery by selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted.

Returns

MITCHA Return & Exchange policy terms and conditions

You have 14 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.

Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: swimwear, socks, Lingerie, earrings, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.

It is not possible to open the package on the door or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any problem, you can return/exchange it as per our return policy.

Exchanges are free of charge for first time.

FOOTWEAR
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
CLOTHING
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.
BAGS
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.

The refund procedure will start after inspection according to your payment method, for more information check the table below:

Bank Refund: This will take more than 14 days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank as per regulations of the CPA and the Central Bank of Egypt.	Incase of canceling the whole order, the full amount will be refunded to your valu account.	For all prepaid orders which are paid by credit card; You will be refunded on the same card that you originally used while purchasing your order.
Store credit It takes 24 working hours to be transferred to the customer after inspection.	Partial refund is not applicable on valu orders, in case of partial refund the amount will be refunded only through store credit. Postal It takes 7-10 working days to be transferred to the customer after inspection.
Vodafone cash – Etisalat cash- orange cash It take 24 working hours to be transferred to the customer after inspection. (Kindly note that the transfer must be on the same phone number registered in the order).
Cash Once inspection of your returned item is complete, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. It takes 5-7 working days to be transferred to the customer after inspection.

Purchases out of Egypt:
