Delivery is always hassle-free with MITCHA with the following options:

Deliver to any address in Egypt

For deliveries within Egypt, simply select your city from the destinations drop down menu at the Checkout page to display the available delivery options and charges for your destination.

We offer guaranteed delivery within 3-5 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and up to 5 business days for all other locations.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays on our customers.

International Delivery

We now ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, KSA, Lebanon, Qatar, United States of America, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You may also log-in to your MITCHA account and follow your delivery by selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our customers.

Returns

MITCHA Return policy terms and conditions

·You have 14 days to make a RETURN from the date your order has been delivered.

·MITCHA currently does NOT offer an exchange policy.

·Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

·The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: swimwear, socks, lingerie, earrings, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.

·Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

·The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days)

·Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.

·It is not possible to open the package on the door or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any problem, you can return/exchange it as per our return policy.

·Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made AFTER deducting the shipping fees. Refund method will be via a bank account, Wallet or store credit on mitcha account.

FOOTWEAR Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.

CLOTHINGTake care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.

BAGSAs dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.

The refund procedure will start after inspection for more information check the table below:

Bank Refund: This will take more than 14 days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank as per regulations of the CPA and the Central Bank of Egypt.	Incase of canceling the whole order, the full amount will be refunded to your valu account.	For all prepaid orders which are paid by credit card; You will be refunded on the same card that you originally used while purchasing your order.
Store creditIt takes 24 working hours to be transferred to the customer after inspection.	Partial refund is not applicable on valu orders, in case of partial refund the amount will be refunded only through store credit.
