FREE RETURNS WITH MITCHA.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to send it back, you have 5 days from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange your purchase. MITCHA will collect it from your address for free.
Purchases in Egypt: Free returns and exchanges apply to purchases made from Egypt and sent to addresses in Egypt for items that meet MITCHA Return Policy terms and conditions.
Purchases out of Egypt:
Free returns apply to clothing and accessories only as the customs department in Egypt doesn’t accept any returned packages that include jewelry or cosmetics.
Exchanges will require placing a new order with a new shipping fee.
For your return request to be accepted and for a refund to be processed, items received back by MITCHA must meet our Return Policy terms and conditions mentioned below.
MITCHA Return & Exchange policy terms and conditions
Returns apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still intact. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all MITCHA and designer tags still attached and fully intact. MITCHA packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.).
The following items cannot be returned: swimwear, socks, earrings, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
In case returned items do not meet MITCHA Return Policy, and the return request has been declined, the customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges to receive back the item.
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.
LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR
Kindly note that lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
How to get a refund
MITCHA will return the value of your returned item in Store credit or through a bank transfer after it gets sent back to MITCHA for inspection and approval. Please send your full bank account details to MITCHA Customer Care at Customercare@MITHCA.com or contact customer care directly at +20 01011260426
In case you request your refund in cash, it will be shipped with our courier at a shipping cost.
*In case of Exchange: After receiving your returned item, MITCHA will ship your exchanged item for free the first time. Second exchanges will include a shipping fee.
*Please note that the refund process may take two weeks up to 1 month to be reflected in your bank records, depending on each bank’s policy.
How to request a return
We accept returns within 5 days after your order has been delivered. To request a return, please go to “My account”, and click on “My Orders” where all your placed orders will be listed; choose the order/item that you want to return then click on “Return”; you will receive an email confirming your return request.
How to request an exhange/strong
You will first need to request a Return through your account (see above); please contact MITCHA customer care and specify the items you wish to exchange. Your returned item value will be sent to you in store credit in a form of a promo code that you can apply in a new order to exchange your item with no additional shipping fee.
