Return policy terms and conditions:
In case of receiving a product with an apparent defect/damage or a product with a wrong (color / size), or missing items; you must inform us within a maximum 24 hours from the delivery date
MITCHA will refund if the return reason meets MITCHA’s terms and conditions.
Prepaid orders have 45 days to make a return from the delivery date of their order (Valid on orders placed starting Aug 5th, 2024), if for any reason you are not satisfied, provided that products are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.
Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return.
We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, soiled, or altered in any way.
Except for manufacturing defects, you have the right to request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product
The following products or any personal use items cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons: swimwear, underwear, sleepwear, lingerie, Undershirts and shorts, socks, earrings, gold, cosmetics, personal care products, hair care products, Soiree Dresses, Evening Dresses, beauty products or any custom-made orders.

FOOTWEAR
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
CLOTHING
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage.
BAGS
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.
The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days)
Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made after deducting the shipping fees.

Please note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
After inspecting and approving the product, the refund procedures begin.
The refund timeline begins after receiving and accepting the returned product by the quality check team. The refund period varies depending on the payment method.

Note: If the returned item is rejected after inspection by our quality check team, we will send the item(s) back to you within 3-7 business days without refund the paid amount. In case of failed delivery, the product will be returned to Mitcha and if you want to receive it, you will have to come and collect it from MITCHA warehouse.
