It is not possible to open the package on the door or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any problem, you can return it as per our return policy.

Delivery in Egypt

We offer convenient delivery to any address within Egypt. Follow these simple steps to get your order delivered:

Select Your City: At the Checkout page, choose your city from the destinations drop-down menu. This ill display the available delivery options and charges for your destination.

Guaranteed Delivery: We guarantee delivery within 3-7 business days from the moment your order is accepted.

We will not contact you to confirm the order, please note that we will contact if there is any problem that will affect moving forward with your order.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders paid by deb/credit card or installments above 700 EGP, Orders below 700 EGP are subject to +20 EGP shipping Fees across Egypt.

Cash on Delivery Orders around Egypt (+ COD Fees 20 EGP) apply on all Governorates.

Please note that COD Fees "+20 EGP" will only show on your confirmation message after check-out and the E-invoice sent to your email. Please make sure to view the final amount you are asked to pay to the courier (final amount is mentioned on your e-invoice).

International Delivery

• Payment methods: International orders must be prepaid to begin processing your order
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your country and the weight of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost at the checkout before completing your purchase

• Customs Charges: Please be aware that you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authorities. MITCHA has no control over these charges, we are not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges. 
• No Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return policy terms and conditions:

In case of receiving a product with an apparent defect/damage or a product with a wrong (color / size), or missing items; you must inform us within a maximum 24 hours from the delivery date

MITCHA will refund if the return reason meets MITCHA’s terms and conditions.

You have 14 days to make a return from the delivery date.

For prepaid orders, you have 45 days from the delivery date to return your items (Valid on orders placed starting Aug 5th, 2024), if for any reason you are not satisfied, provided that products are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.

Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return.

We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, soiled, or altered in any way.
Except for manufacturing defects, you have the right to request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product

The following products or any personal use items cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons: swimwear, underwear, sleepwear, lingerie, Undershirts and shorts, socks, earrings, gold, cosmetics, personal care products, hair care products, Soiree Dresses, Evening Dresses, beauty products or any custom-made orders.

The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days)

Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made after deducting the shipping fees. 

Pick-up attempt completed within 3-1 Working Days

Please note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.

After inspecting and approving the product, the refund procedures begin.

The refund timeline begins after receiving and accepting the returned product by the quality check team. The refund period varies depending on the payment method.

Note: that refund methods availability is based on the payment method used to pay for the order being returned.

Please note that:

FOOTWEAR 
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns. 

CLOTHING
Take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. If you are trying on delicate fabric, please remove any accessories or jewelry to avoid any possible damage. 

BAGS
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-colored bags, please handle these items carefully. Please return all original packaging that came with the bag.

Note: If the returned item is rejected after inspection by our quality check team, we will send the item(s) back to you within 3-7 business days without refund the paid amount. In case of failed delivery, the product will be returned to Mitcha and if you want to receive it, you will have to come and collect it from MITCHA warehouse.

• MITCHA currently does NOT offer an exchange policy.

• Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

• The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: swimwear, socks, lingerie, earrings, Soiree Dresses, Evening Dresses, Undershirts & Shorts, beauty products, or any custom-made orders.

• Returns that do not meet MITCHA Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.

• Free shipping on all orders paid by deb/credit card or installments on orders above 700 EGP, however; orders below 700 EGP are subject to 60 EGP shipping fees across Egypt.

  Cash on Delivery Orders around Egypt are subject to fixed 80 EGP Fees (Shipping 60 EGP + COD Fees 20 EGP). Fees apply on all Governorates.

  Please note that COD 80 EGP Fees will only show on your confirmation message after check-out and the E-invoice sent to your email. Please make sure to view the final amount you are asked to pay to the courier (final amount is mentioned on your e-invoice). 

  Refunds will be made AFTER deducting the shipping fees (cash on delivery orders only). 
  Refund method will be via a bank account, Wallet or store credit on MITCHA account.

Purchases out of Egypt: 

Returns and exchanges are not applicable to any orders out of Egypt.

Please note: There's no exchange policy, however items shall be returned and re-ordered. In the event of returns within 14 days from receiving date, shipping fees shall apply (P.S. Shipping fees vary considering order initial status & Governorates rating). 

-Refund method will be via bank account ,Wallet or store credit on Mitcha account.
-In case of a refund due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted from the product price value.
